All items (the “Items”) sold by ARTĒ Madrid through this site are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein (these “Terms and Conditions”) written by ARTĒ Madrid. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

To place an order through this site, you must be an individual reached the age of majority (which in most countries is 18 years old), who have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

These Terms and Conditions only apply to the sales conducted through this site and all the products sold through ARTĒ Madrid retail stores are not subject to these Terms and Conditions.

ARTĒ Madrid reserves the rights to amend and change these Terms of Conditions from time to time without any prior notice and enter of this website will signify your agreement to be bound by these modified “Terms and Conditions”.

Headings of these Terms and Conditions are used for convenience only and should not be taken into account when constructing these Terms and Conditions.

ORDERS

The price shown on this site are in HKD by default setting.

After you submitted an order on our site and once the order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you.

ARTĒ Madrid will endeavor to fulfill the purchased orders in this site but shall not be liable to any person if ARTĒ Madrid declines to or is unable to fulfill an order for whatever reasons. Under such circumstances, your order will be cancelled and the payments will be refunded.

COUPON OR PROMOTION CODES

ARTĒ Madrid coupon or promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. ARTĒ Madrid will not accept expired coupon or promotion codes.

Online Member Exclusive Offer - Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is only applicable on ARTĒ Madrid Official online store.
2. The offer is only applicable for online orders placed on or before 31 March 2025, and it shall be invalid after the expiry date.
3. Users will enjoy 10% off upon selected collections purchases by inputting coupon code during checkout, final price of purchased products will subject to "Your Shopping Cart" calculation.
4. The offer is not eligible to online orders checked out by visitors.
5. The offer is non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for offers in all other values.
6. ARTĒ Madrid reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, terminate or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of any disputes, the decision of ARTĒ Madrid shall be final.

International Women's Day Celebration - Terms & Conditions 
1. Gift redeem period of "International Women's Day Celebration" will be 6 March to 19 March 2025, and only applicable for orders placed on ARTĒ Madrid Official online store.
2. Gift supplies are limited, the style of earrings will be given out randomly and cannot be chosen. The gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last; the offer will be terminated or cancel accordingly without prior notice.
3. Gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, other gifts or services.
4. ARTĒ Madrid shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any of the gifts.
5. In the case of any dispute, the decision of ARTĒ Madrid shall be final.

FREE GIFTS

Free gifts are limited in quantity and subject to availability. ARTĒ Madrid reserves the right to substitute another gift of comparable value, without notice, when the selected free gift is not available.

PAYMENTS

All the payments for online purchases on this site must be settled by using Shopify Payment or PayPal. ARTĒ Madrid owns the rights to change the payment method and such changes will be announced on this website.

When ordering on this website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form including your credit card information. You hereby confirm that you own the credit card legitimately and all the details you provided for the payment are correct.

ARTĒ Madrid holds no responsibility and will not pay for any additional charges arise through credit card payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

ARTĒ Madrid offers free shipping for worldwide orders over HKD800/USD300. However, ARTĒ Madrid reserves the rights to charge the shipping costs and taxes of the purchased items. Shipping Fee will be charged at HKD50/USD20 per order.

After your purchased item(s) is/are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification with delivery details including shipment tracking number by the e-mail provided when you placed your order. The email you submitted must be valid in order to receive the notifications.

ARTĒ Madrid will ship your purchased item(s) out within 2-4 working days unless the item is out of stock. ARTĒ Madrid will inform you of the arrangement through your registered e-mail if such cases occur.

Under normal situations, the delivery time is within 5-14 working days depends on the shipping location. If you do not receive the purchased item(s) within this delivery time frame, please contact our customer service team by emailing cs@arte-madrid.com.

If the delivery address provided is invalid, incomplete, or out of the delivery service area, ARTĒ Madrid reserves the right of order cancellation.

ARTĒ Madrid is not liable for any late delivery or any forms of damages arise during delivery caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All product prices displayed on arte-madrid.com do not include customs duties and other taxes. Goods that arrive at the country of shipment may be subject to customs duties, surcharges or import restrictions, which are borne by the recipient. In view of the differences in tariff regulations in different countries, for details, please check with your local customs before purchasing.

Please note that ARTĒ Madrid does not ship orders to P.O. boxes or military bases.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Within 15 days of purchases, every regular-priced jewellery item is eligible for a one-time exchange to another one item at the same value, with no reason asked. Other products such as accessory, tailor made item, discounted item and gift item are not eligible for exchange.

For exchange to an item at higher value, customer is required to pay for the difference in value; For exchange to an item at lower value, the difference in value will not be returned to customer.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with original packaging, unwashed, unworn, as when it first arrived.

The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be covered by the customers, including but not limited to sending the goods to ARTĒ Madrid and returning the goods to customer’s location.

Return requests that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at customer’s own cost.

Goods sold are not refundable.

ARTĒ Madrid reserves the final right of decision.
